Essential Information

Getting there: Your nearest international airport is Delhi where you will meet with our expedition manager.
Air tickets: We have our partners in almost every foreign country, so if you need any assistance in your air tickets bookings, you are always welcome to speak to us to know about our partner close to you.
Insurance: It is a condition of joining our trips that you must be adequately insured. All persons are expected to arrange their own insurance.
Our hotels: We offer you best hotels in cities and towns. For Rajasthan trips, we make sure you stay few nights in Heritage Hotels which are normally converted palaces/ forts. Similarly in Kashmir, we handover wonderful experience of staying in House Boats to you. Similarly in tribal regions, we prefer you stay some nights in home stay accommodation and tree houses.
Adventure India briefing: Normally we make briefing for our adventure journeys but we have realized this quite helpful for the cultural trips too. So if you require, we arrange 01 hours briefing in Delhi about the entire trip. (Especially if the trips are not escorted ones, we recommend this briefing hour).
Ground transportation: We provide the ground transportation comprising of best available cars/ coaches in fine roads and rough trucks in remote areas of the Indian mountains and deserts.
Food: All our trips are sold on half board menu base. It includes morning breakfast and one meal which technically comes dinner majority of the times. This food included in cost is to be served in the hotel where you are putting in or any restaurant fixed by your accompanying escort. The menu is fixed.
Cost includes: The cultural tour costs include hotel room on twin sharing basis, surface transportation, fixed menu breakfast and dinner, accompanying escort, local city/ monument guides wherever escort finds required and monument charges for one time visit.
Cost doesn’t include: Any other services in addition of accommodation, transportation as per the itinerary, single visit to monuments and the guides on the trip. The services or requirement of personal nature like laundry, drinks, tips, elephant rides, horse & camel safaris, second time entrance in same monument/ wild life sanctuary/ national park, air fares are not included.
How to book: You have to send 50% of deposit at the time of booking. The bank account details will be mailed to you once you sign the contract. Remaining of the amount has to be paid 30 days prior to commencement of the tour. For last minute bookings, we will charge 20% extra on the print rates and mentioned hotels are confirmed on availability only.
Cancellation policies: It will be mentioned on contract, may vary from date of booking and the time left for the departure. So we don’t mention it on the website. For last minute bookings, no refund will be provided.
How far we are from you: Once you are on any cultural journey, we are just a phone call away from you. So in case of any requirement, you will quickly find our office responding and sorting out related issues
